We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Jule Lip Gloss reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Jule Lip Gloss will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you. For international orders (coming soon), it is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do? Please contact hello@julelipgloss.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally (coming soon). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Jule Lip Gloss is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped.

Jule Lip Gloss Subscription service offers the most convenient way to get your products delivered to your door, and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished based on your needs. Plus, subscribers get almost 20% off all subscription orders, as well as early access to new product launches. If you wish you change your gloss color, please email hello@julelipgloss.com at least 4 days prior to your next shipping date. At this time, subscriptions are only available for US customers.

Yes, you can cancel or pause any time. If you have any issues accessing your subscription, follow the link at the bottom of the shop page under “subscriber portal.”
